Metal Building Insulation

Why metal buildings need spray foam

Metal buildings are tough, but they sweat. The temperature difference between hot SWFL air and cooler interior surfaces causes condensation that drips, rusts fasteners, ruins stored equipment, and grows mold in the worst spots.

Closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) solves the problem at the source. It’s a continuous barrier that:

  • Stops condensation by eliminating the cold metal surface that air contacts.
  • Air-seals the envelope. No gaps, no batting, no settling.
  • Adds structural rigidity to the panel system.
  • Insulates with a high R-value per inch.

Where we work

  • Pole barns and shops. Keep stored vehicles, equipment, and tools dry year-round.
  • Agricultural buildings. Protect feed, equipment, and stock from condensation and heat.
  • Commercial warehouses. Control internal climate without fighting the building.
  • Residential metal buildings. Guest houses, casitas, ADUs, hobby workshops.

What you get

  • Fully bonded closed-cell SPF, applied to the underside of the roof deck and wall panels.
  • Even thickness, professionally finished.
  • Vapor barrier and air barrier in one application.
  • Long service life. Closed-cell foam doesn’t sag, settle, or get eaten by pests.
