Why should you use foam to lift your slab?

Fast Curing

In just 15 minutes, polyurethane foam can lift and stabilize concrete, strong enough to walk or even drive a truck on..

Long-Lasting Results

Polyurethane foam won’t wash out, shrink, or break down over time — it creates a stable, permanent lift that holds strong for years.

Non-Invasive & Hassle-Free

Foam leveling requires no demolition, just small injection points that are concealed in the end.

Cost-Effective

Foam leveling is a fraction of the cost of concrete replacement, with faster results, less downtime, and no need for tear-out.

A comparison of two staircases showing different stone and concrete steps. The top staircase has a darker, larger stone at the top, with a yellow tape measure standing upright, indicating a height of approximately 7 inches. The bottom staircase features lighter, uniform concrete steps, with shadows cast on them.

Restore Stability with Minimal Disruption

At Ocean Spray Foam, we level, lift, and restore sunken and uneven concrete using advanced polyurethane foam injection, an innovative method that’s cleaner, faster, and more effective than traditional mud jacking or full concrete replacement.

This high-performance soil stabilization lifts and stabilizes concrete with exceptional precision and durability, making it ideal for Florida’s sandy soils, high humidity, and coastal conditions.

Where It Works

Our concrete lifting and leveling system is ideal for:

  • Driveways

  • Sidewalks

  • Pool Decks

  • Patios

  • Garage Floors

  • Warehouse Floors

Our Process

1. Evaluate & Plan
We start with a detailed assessment to determine the extent of settlement and identify hidden voids beneath the surface. We also administer a complete drainage assessment to ensure the longevity of our solutions.

2. Precision Drilling
Small holes (about 5/8") are drilled in key locations for foam access, minimally invasive and filled in the end to be barely noticeable.

3. Foam Injection
A two-part polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab, where it expands to fill gaps, lift the surface, and lock it into place.

4. Clean Finish
After the concrete lift is complete, the holes are sealed and the area is cleaned, leaving a smooth, level surface with no visible signs of repair.

Why Use Polyurethane Foam?

  • Better Than Mud Jacking & Replacement: Lighter, faster, and longer-lasting, without the mess or high cost.

  • Fast Cure Time: The foam hardens within 15 minutes, so areas are usable the same day.

  • Precise Lifting: Controlled expansion allows for accurate, even leveling.

  • Minimal Disruption: Small injection holes and no heavy equipment preserve landscaping and structures.

  • Water-Resistant: Closed-cell structure prevents water absorption, making it perfect for wet climates.

  • Strong Yet Lightweight: Supports heavy loads without adding weight that can cause further settling.

  • Environmentally Friendly: Tested to be safe for your home and the environment.

Ocean Spray Foam delivers a modern, efficient, and long-lasting solution to concrete settling issues. Whether you're repairing residential walkways or commercial slabs, our polyurethane foam system is the superior alternative to mud jacking or full concrete replacement.
